How many versions of Java do you have installed on your computer? Have you ever looked at the add remove programs applet in the control panel and thought about checking to see? Well chances are like me you have not. When I looked I found not one but three versions of Java installed on my computer all of them taking up a pretty fair amount of space. I would have never thought to check this had I not come across JavaRa. Part of what this quick little program does is first check to see if you have the most current version of Java installed and then depending on which choices you make on the un-install menu it has it will get rid of as much or as little of the other versions as you would like. Go ahead and update with the confidence that you will be able to clear away the old version of Java no problems with JavaRa. Here are the choices that you can make when running this program. I specifically like the removal of the Sun Java entries from Windows Start up and the Sun Download manager. If you would like to download JavaRa direct click HERE.
